I believe all work is people work. My life's mission is to foster learning, growth, and development experiences among different kinds of people. In educational, corporate, and multicultural settings, I've been an empathetic partner to students, customers, and employees from over 100 different nationalities, from ages 6 to 60. What they have in common is a love to learn and are consistently seeking, in some way, to grow. Within these communities, I've built teams, led programs, and designed and delivered solutions to challenges, all involving people experience at the center.I derive the most satisfaction from cultivating connections between people and the resources they need to succeed. You may call this a partnership, or a community of practice, or a space for belonging. While at the heart of this is building a relationship to understand how we can work together, you may experience this as a 'training' or a comedy show or a well-hosted party. It may feel like a conversation, a project, or a program, or it may simply be the guide rails you need to build your own momentum. The connection might last 1 hour or run for several years.Whatever it is, I leverage my creative, strategic, and relationship-building skill set to partner up, paint a picture, and then bring it to life.
