I managed over 100 partners and customers with intense focus on selling new services including voice, data and cloud services while retaining direct relationships with clients. I was also responsible for overseeing the complete sales process from signed agreement to service installment to ensure a smooth implementation process.

I was responsible for working with and supporting sales professionals with large business accounts. That included upselling and upgrading voice and data services, as well as repair/billing issues and providing customer support and service. Strategically worked with account team to grow existing accounts, while retaining business of existing accounts.
