- Created, owned, and operated a new bar and restaurant concept centered around fried chicken, fancy finger foods and an authentic american experience that grew from a food fairs stand, to a once a week pop up, to one of the most popular fast casual dining establishments in Buenos Aires.- Raised 120,000 USD in investment after compiling a compelling pitchbook based off of a one year profitable proof of concept pop up concept that was started with an initial investment of 200 USD.- Responsible for daily creative content and long term branding strategies, incorporating social media tools (Facebook Ad Manager/ ManyChat), online platforms ( instagram, facebook, and youtube), strategic partnerships, and grassroots business development techniques that lead to exponential year after year growth in sales.- Spearheaded networking, community outreach, and public relations strategy that resulted in articles in nationwide publications such as La Nacion (Top Restaurants in Palermo), Playboy (Kickstarting the Chicken Revolution in BA), Apertura (Promising new franchises) and TV Network Programs such as TyC Sports, Direct TV, Canal 9, and Canal 3.- Expanded brand to a new seasonal location in the biggest nightclub complex in Argentina, Pueblo Limite, on the Argentine coastal town of Villa Gesell. Sourced contractors and equipment, providers, hired and managed 35 employees while , creating content for nightly shows and overseeing operations to serve food and entertain more than 500 guests a night.
