Wifi Spark are the UK's leading provider of wide area wifi to complex locations, including schools, hospitals and exhibitions. I invested in the business and supported them including advice on strategy and market positioning coaching plus mentoring to Matt, the Founder. This ultimately lead to a very successful exit via a trade sale to Volaris.

Brought in on an a consultancy basis to reposition the business and ensure a successful disposal, allowing the core Howden's business to focus on the trade kitchen market. During this period I also invested in and supported Robin in the foundation of Schoolblazer.

Recruited post the Barclay Brother's acquisition of Littlewoods with a brief to carve-out and reposition the Index division, which was then sold via a trade sale to Argos. It's a long and interesting story if anyone has time!

Recruited as Marketing Director, I was almost immediately precipitated into an MBO process. I played an active role, developing the management plan and presentation and leading the management team in the buy-out from Sainsbury's by Pemira.
