Focussed on 'EPMO' (now renamed 'Project Portal') which is Defra's Project Online, SharePoint and Power BI blended platform for programme/project management.As part of a two-person team, in 2.5 months:- Supported the transition of Defra major programmes onto the Defra Project Online and Reporting platform- Using the ADDIE method: designed, developed, iterated, and delivered a set of training modules to build new user capability on the platform, delivering training to 30 users and 10 champions with self-assessment questionnaires showing an almost doubling of capability on the platform after the training was received- Built the capability of Defra colleagues to deliver the training modules (train the trainer). By the end of the contract Defra was able to insource all user training for the platform and removing reliance on third-party suppliers despite many of the trainers having never used the platform prior to Feb 22- Documented current onboarding approach and created a repeatable process which was then refined.
