Director for Enterprise Supply Chain Management solutions across 8 Naval Aviation Fleet Readiness Centers. Fleet Readiness Centers are industrial maintenance activities positioned around the world responsible for maintaining the Navy's airframes, engines, components, and aviation support equipment to meet the Naval Aviation Enterprise's aircraft readiness goals. I championed ground breaking supply chain concepts during my assignment and worked with various agencies to implement a new Enterprise Resource Planning solution across our three regional aviation industrial activities. This powerful solution completely transformed supply chain support, inventory stock positioning, and drove a collaborative approach to demand and supply planning for our industrial maintenance activities.

Director of operational logistics for the Navy's newest commissioned aircraft carrier during her first combat deployment. Responsible for $100 million operating budget and over $325 million inventory of complex aviation parts and supplies for the entire ship. Led 13 divisions including 14 military officers, 360 enlisted Sailors, and 3 civilian personnel in providing global logistics support and quality of life service the more than 5,000 crew members and embarked carrier air wing of more than 80 aircraft. Completed the ship's first ever combat deployment to the Persian Gulf providing contracting and quality of life services support during 7 port visits across the Mediterranean Sea and the Middle East. During its first year of operation, the ship was awarded the Battle Efficiency "E" award and earned the Battenberg Cup as the best ship of any class in the Atlantic Fleet.

Executive Officer for the Commander, Naval Supply Systems Command comprised of more than 20,000 military and civilian personnel and its global enterprise. Responsible for strategic level coordination between internal organizations, external stakeholders and customers. Collaborated with all levels of leadership to develop and execute 2010 Commanders Strategic Guidance and Enterprise Objectives.

Directed acquisition, logistics support, planning, and execution of more than $100 million budget of aviation funding to provide advanced support for emerging weapon systems, Directed 45 civilian and military personnel in managing the global supply chain and life cycle logistics for Common Avionics Systems for 25 different Navy and Joint aircraft platforms. Directed supply chain operations and life cycle logistics support or Advanced and Legacy F/A-18 Hornet and Superhornet Avionics systems. Championed Performance Based Logistics solutions to improve reliability, sustainability, and enterprise life cycle logistics support for multiple aircraft platforms and aging weapons systems. Recognized winner of Secretary of Defense 2008 Performance Based Logistics Award. Served as President, Philadelphia Supply Corps Association 2007-2009.

Assistant Supply Officer and Principal Assistant for Logistics aboard a Navy aircraft carrier. Directly supervised 12 military officers and more than 400 enlisted personnel. Responsible for global logistics supply chain for an inventory of $300 million including repair parts, food, retail store merchandise, and supplies to support more than 5,000 crew members and 12 aircraft squadrons embarked aboard USS JOHN C. STENNS. Deployed to the Western and South Pacific and completed as a 9-month comprehensive shipboard overhaul and maintenance period in dry dock.

Directed Presidential Guest Operations, food service and club operations, and managed Bachelor Enlisted Quarters during 40+ Presidential visits to Camp David. Oversaw command security and watch organization and policy as Senior Watch Officer. Coordinated all aspects guest hotel operations for the 26-day Middle East Peace Summit during July 2000 while hosting foreign Heads of State and delegations from Palestine, Israel, and United States. Directed accountability turnover during the Presidential transition of administration from President Bill Clinton to President George W. Bush. Designed, planned and executed demolition of Bachelor Enlisted Quarters and construction of new dining facility military construction project. Supervised 22 Navy enlisted personnel while managing a budget of $4.5 million for base operations. Recognized as Secretary of the Navy Comptroller of the Year in 2002.

Responsible for management of nuclear and strategic weapons systems material and accountability of over $100,000 in food stores. Supervised a team of 12 enlisted personnel and completed 3 complex shipboard maintenance periods and two strategic deterrent patrols.

Directed all aspects of supply procurement and support for military units assigned to NATOs southern region. Oversaw food service operations and bachelor housing for American Forces assigned to NATO. Designed, planned, and constructed a new dining facility serving military and civilian personnel as well as local DOD Dependent school system. Directed material readiness and food service support for NATO's Peace Implementation and Stabilization Forces during its first deployment to Bosnia-Herzogovinia in the former Republic of Yugoslavia from 1996-1998.
