    New Urban Villages is a concept to completion Development and Investment Manager. We create, deliver and manage Build to Rent as well as major Logistics and some Commercial assets. We work for a small number of clients, representing their investment interests so that they can make the best returns from their investments and assets. Our work is normally done by undertaking property development projects that lead to investments or recycling of capital. We have previously worked as Development Managers for large logistics sites in Western Sydney.We focus on creating places that are exceptional to occupy (and profitable) and we integrally understand the linkage of value to amenity and the experience of living and working in great places while getting the most efficiency out of the investment. The delivery of this packaged system also improves tenant retention (occupancy) and the ability to maximise revenue and profit.
