At the same time, I led a number of other major projects including the development of workplace ICT strategies for more than 50,000 staff.

Originally based in the UK, I transitioned and relocated the role to Australia (a key growth target for the company) and took responsibility for driving an organisation-wide agenda across a broad ICT platform serving more than 20,000 end users. I successfully initiated change in an organisation with extensive legacy systems, a traditional approach to ICT.
