Lead all activities of the Quality Control Laboratory to provide support to customers, operations, and technical and commercial teams. Responsible for overseeing personnel development, laboratory facility improvements, and analytical development. Provide systems and processes to ensure finished product compliance to customer requirements. Ensure that customer quality issues are dealt with systematically and that customer requests and specifications are consistent with process capability.

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production and maintenance activity to meet MRP schedules. Communicate effectively with production team, EHS&S, R&D, and Quality Control departments to improve safety and plant processes. Lead individual coaching and training for professional development of team members.

Provide technical support to the QC laboratory and assigned production team directly related to product quality. Work with production team to continually improve products and processes without negatively impacting product quality.
