I work as the CIO (Chief Innovation Officer for Xerox Customer Care is a $2bn business unit offering omni-channel customer care services to all industry and government verticals. We service approximately 200 major brands, and employing 55,000 people. Capabilities include; call centres, self care, social media and virtual agents. I providing both management and technical expertise to dedicated, global Software Development Teams, introducing new technologies, processes and tools to support a rapidly growing product portfolio. I define the practice of `Distributed Agile Development` using `Extreme Programming` to ensure teams at multiple, global locations are cohesive and aligned. Two recent successes have been the creation of a “Next Generation Customer Care” proposition; replacing the traditional BPO go-to-market with people backed automation and analytics with Xerox Customer Care, a $2bn business unit. Also, creating and leading Xi, a $30m innovation program for Xerox Customer Care.

Providing many of the same services/roles as my current role; developing technology and providing outsourced services to transform customer care for major brands, including Google, HTC, Tesco, and Microsoft.
