Providing technical telephony support across UHNM Sites. I have experience maintaining analogue telephony specifically Siemens ISDx and the HiPath platform, liaising with ISDN and SIP service providers and working within SLAs when faults are logged. During my time in this role, I have been exposed to Cisco technologies and assisted my colleagues with commissioning network nodes, dealing with network faults and requests. My experience extends to configuring Voice Gateways, configuring Cisco UCM and 3rd Party and Open Source platforms on Linux.

I have experience using System Centre Configuration Manager and diagnosing hardware faults.I occasionally provide assistance to my 1st Line Colleagues and I am encouraged by providing team work to my colleagues when needed.I have experience using, Active Directory, DHCP, Print Management and DNS tools in the RSAT (Remote Server Administration Tools). I have also have experience in using Remote Desktop, Teamviewer, Bomgar, LogMeIn and Remote Assistance to provide remote support when requested.

My role was to pick items from the e-comm site as fast as possible. This was a sit-in job while waiting for something better to come up.

Provided 1st & 2nd line support to customers who were experiencing problems with their EPOS systems which my employer provided to it's customers. Became senior member of staff after a series of months - I was given a team of technicians which I had to look after and train. I was given the challenge to train staff overseas which were given the opportunity to provide 3rd line support to customers.
