    Worked for a bootstrapped travel and mapping content startup, collaborating directly with the founders and the development team to ideate, iterate, design, and validate solutions for Alpaca’s map-based SaaS offering.Achievements:- Used rapid wireframing techniques to develop key interfaces and experiences.- Collaborated closely with the founders to undertake a major redesign and relaunch version 2.0 of the platform, which was a ground-up rebuild of the platform. Which transformed the customer experience to a fully self-serve model, and introduced numerous additional features from the product backlog. - Undertook unmoderated user testing and validation to refine the experience.- Redesigned and refined the presentation layer of all of their platform. Optimising the layout to incorporate flexible client branding, while standardising the UI and optimising the functionality across all breakpoints.- Developed design systems for the SaaS application ecosystem and front-end presentation layer.- Led a brand refresh for the company and redesigned their campaign site.- Designed a standalone API reference website for developers and agency clients.

    In my role as the Senior UX Designer, I collaborated closely with the product owner, CTO, the professional practice team, assessors and technology team.Achievements:- Major redesign of the Assessor Portal, one of the core SaaS platforms for assessors to manage the credential assessment process. Resulting in reducing the cost of delivering credentials by ~35%.- Developed Skills Hub, a client portal trial for a collaboration with Uber, to offer drivers employee benefits to help them study and attain skills while driving for the company.- Uplifted and unified the customer experience across several core SaaS applications.- Started a research panel to inform core product of Professional Practice Credentials.- Created V1 of their design system, undertaking a major uplift of the UI patterns and functionality at the same time.- Documented the entire SaaS ecosystem to support cross functional collaboration.- Designed campaign landing pages.
