We are responsible for forecasting, budgeting, executive management reporting, statutory balance sheet and P&L reconciliations for across AIG businesses. In the wake of support received from the U.S. government, AIG has modified its operations and structure to strengthen its financial condition and enhance enterprise value. We play a key role in transforming the Corp FP&A finance to drive shareholder value.

As SMB Finance Lead responsible with end to end ownership of financial planning, forecasting, controls and compliance for over $2B operations in US. Responsibilities span across SMB strategic planning and identifying opportunities for business development. Work very close with regional field sales and national distribution sales teams. I work with my extended Finance team and several business teams to drive profitable revenue and contribution margin growth for SMB organization.

As Part of the Microsoft International HQ team worked with Microsoft International Senior Vice President in his central team to support the overall strategy, business rhythm and to drive long term profitable growth. Contributed and Lead the overall business rhythm for the MS International LT and provided in depth analysis around financials. Lead several strategic projects with collaborating across several MS business groups to drive senior business decisions. Couple examples: Defining the blue print for optimizing our resources across MS subsidiaries and defining the optimal hierarchy roll up from subsidiary to area level in order to drive most efficient sales model. Analyzing and reporting on overall MS International P&L, which represented 65% of MS revenue - $25B in FY2010. Controlled $50M OPEX costs in HQ discretion to drive profitable growth and compete. Goldstar award (Cash Bonus given anytime of the year) received in H2 based on the feedback on performance from different stakeholders.
