Influenced and inspired staff and management to achieve the reduction of waste by 16%, energy consumption by 11% and increased recycling levels by 20% at E.ON Rayleigh. This helped the business save money and meet its own environmental targets. Reporting waste results and targets to all levels of staff and management.
