I'm the Managing Director of Pronto Marketing, a website development and marketing agency that helps small businesses build, support, and promote their WordPress websites. In m14 years at Pronto, I have grown from an entry level position to executive leadership and now oversees all 90+ team members spread across Southeast Asia and Central/South America. From the frontlines of customer service to high level strategy meetings, I've experienced all aspects of what it takes to run a successful agency.I've also joined Agency Mavericks as a Coach. In this role, I help other agencies all sorts of challenges they face including things like growth, operations and systems, people management, defining their unique selling positions, and more.
