Tim leads Pfizer’s Supply Chain Strategy and Business Development team with responsibility for all supply chain aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions and the Implementation of Pfizer’s Localization programme. Tim has over thirty years experience in the pharmaceutical industry with previous roles leading Site Operations, New Product Launch and Technology Transfers, Capital Engineering, Operational Excellence and Finance. In his current role, Tim has led manufacturing site Divestitures and Acquisitions in five continents, provided manufacturing leadership for multiple corporate M&A program programmes and led localizations to major developing markets. Tim is committed to Development and Education; he builds and mentors diverse teams and since 2009 has been able to bring his commercial experience to one of the UK’s largest Further Education College Groups as a non-executive director. Guiding its transformation from a single ‘in need of improvement’ college to a group of ‘Outstanding’ colleges and schools educating around 15,000 students and one of the region’s largest public sector employers. Tim has Chaired Business, Education and Audit board committees and advised on the successful acquisition and integration of four other colleges. Tim has a Chemistry degree from the University of Nottingham, and an MBA from the Open University both in the UK and is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Champion.
