My interest in commerce and human resource management began in high school, where I undertook final year business courses as part of my High School Certificate. My achievements led me to undertake a bachelors in commerce at the prestigious Macquarie University from 2012 to 2015. I have majored in human resources and also have experience in politics and International relations. During my stay at Macquarie University I have been exposed to industry led corporate professionals who mostly have had over 20-30 years in experience in commerce and HR. The have taught me many skills such as preparing/researching and writing reports/essays on HR related issues such as recruitment and selection, industry law, and international business. I have been exposed to group activities which have built up my team work and leadership skills. In addition to this I have delivered assessed speeches in front of these professionals, which in turn have nurtured my communication skills. I have learnt to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and have theoretically applied my HR knowledge on numerous company case studies.

Warehouse OperatorColes Sep 2015 - Sep 2017Sydney, AustraliaThis was a casual role that required an individual to process cold storage goods for all Coles stores across the NSW region. It was my duty to pick/pack and consolidate the goods before they were transported to the selected stores. In addition to this it was a KPI driven role, every day/every hour a specific number of goods had to be readied for transporting. This deadline had to be met inducing an individual to work in a highly pressured environment. Teamwork was also key in delivering these goods efficiently and productively. -
