- Carry out market research for pending projects and most recent tendering projects.- Follow up with clients, consultants, contractors and build up network in pending and tendering projects.- Work with person in-charge by giving technical advice on air conditioning system design and technical advice on equipment application on early design stage.- Prepare design and technical advice on heat load estimation for building design and air ventilation system design for various different air conditioning system applications.- Prepare tender specification technical specification, follow up tender, attend tender evaluation and clarification.- Update consultant lists thru Industrial Reports and prepare Weekly Activity Reports.- Carry out training / seminars / presentation for M&E Consulting Engineers and clients.- Prepare quotation by applying optimum equipment selection and technical specification for tendering projects.- Follow up with client and price negotiation on closing deal. Process order, follow up with purchased production schedule and keep updating clients.- Follow up with payment due and after sales service with customers.
