Coordinated and conducted strategic plans for entire facility including ocean and rail negotiations, engineering design planning, project finance and customer development.-Founded and managed operations for San Saba Tools & Service, LLC, a water and minerals exploration service company. Posted significant revenue in first year of operation.-Partner and General Manager of Integrated Renewable Resources, LLC, a joint-venture project in the forest products/sustainability industry. Negotiated and signed multi-million dollar contract with BNSF Railroad. -Energy and Agriculture consultant to Theodore Roosevelt Conservation Partnership, a non-profit natural resources advocacy group based in Washington D.C.

Founded and operated an alternative energy solutions and sustainable products marketing company. Establish greenfield manufacturing operations and a dealer based distribution network for unique products to rural agricultural operations.

Independent board member of NASDAQ traded manufacturer of construction materials made primarily from recycled resources. Served as member of Compensation Committee, Nominations Committee and Information Technology Committee. Provided oversight as Legal Affairs Committee Chairman to multi-year class-action lawsuit and annual negotiations of $100m+ sales contract. Was elected as first ever Lead Independent Director.
