In charge of all 14 CFR Part 121 functions, supporting the daily flight operations of Air Wisconsin’s 71 CRJ’s at the Philadelphia International Airport.Accountable for ensuring that aircraft are mechanically ready to support flight schedule of approximately 135 departures a day as well as ensuring all maintenance within the hangar is completed on time to support the schedule.Responsible for maintenance scheduling and production control functions.Accountable and responsible for ensuring that team members are adequately trained, maintain proficiency and currency, and mentor direct reports.Supervise direct reports as well as plan and maintain the budget for the maintenance facility and operations.Responsible for facility and equipment maintenance in the station.Prepare, administer and control assigned budgetary responsibilities and prepare monthly budget variance reports.Plan, monitor and maintain the yearly financial budget for facility.Ensure that maintenance facility is operated in compliance with FAA, OSHA, TSA and EPA regulations and Company policies and procedures.Facilitate and coordinate maintenance operations within the facility (including, quality control and assurance inspection, avionics, training, stores activities), and aircraft cleaning.

Developed, wrote, presented and had accepted all documentation for a startup 14 CFR Part 145 operation to include Canadian supplement. Solely responsible for Repair stations Part 145, ensuring that FAA requirements are adhered while answering to FAA on all questions pertaining to compliance and daily operations of the repair station.Maintain policies and procedures, documentation to ensure structured and effective procedures are maintained within guidelines established by regulatory agencies to include foreign agencies.Manage daily operations, schedule staff assignments and supervise staff performing routine maintenance as well as heavy modifications to a wide variety of customers owning aircraft manufactured by different OEM’s.

Coordinate and monitor the operational execution of 14 CFR Part 135/145 operations and contracts with respect to on site aircraft manufacturing, component procurement, scheduling, pricing, and performance. Aid in the negotiation of contractual changes while ensuring adherence to master plans and schedules.Single point of contact for all Department of Defense questions and request as well as ensuring the on time delivery of modified aircraft.
