Requiring an organised, personable and strategic approach, I worked with trustees of the Foundation to ensure the programme made an impact and charity partners could gain maximum value from the profile and network provided by the funding.The key goals of the programme were to; challenge the public's widespread negative perception of young people, foster inter-generational relationships and increase young people's transferable skills.
