Also, I reduced the past due amount to be within the set accounting guidelines established by the accounting department, executive team and myself. As the High Value Specialist, I created the initial process for security and trackability for any carrier load with a value of more than $250,000. Maintained 100% success rating in the security and reporting of all High Value Loads. Also fulfilled customer service duties of our high profile dedicated accounts with support, asset management and issue resolution.
