Provide great customer service to end users on the company network and assist them with VPN, network connection and CRM program issues, remotely as well as in person (corporate campus). I receive phone calls, emails and tickets from our ticketing system to rapidly diagnose respond to and resolve issues. Some issues are escalated to other team members as necessary and in keeping with industry best practices. I also set up new users using the Active Directory administration console, Exchange server and ShoreTel/Mitel server as well as install network printers, software, peripherals and maintain inventory in our stock room to include loaner computers and all related peripherals. I configure and deploy new computers company wide through out North America and perform hands on set up of new equipment in our corporate facility as well complete the set up process of new computers when they reach their destination site off corporate campus. I create KB articles to assist users with visual representation for some of the more common issues they may be experiencing. I maintain open dialogue with my team members and management to stay abreast of network issues that affect the end user so I can efficiently assist them.
