* Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the community.* Prepare and monitor operating budget and reports on status of property..occupancy, variances etc* Collect rents,direct / conduct bookkeeping functions.* Supervise, maintenance of buildings and grounds, maintenance staff, janitors,and housekeeping.* Develop and implement resident retention, marketing and advertising programs.* Initiate eviction of residents in compliance with court order and directions from attorney.* Create a positive environmant for staff and promote quality living experience for the community residents.

1/ Check in & check out guest2/ Handle cash, check & credit card transactions3/ Handle guest questions and issues4/ Balance front desk work5/ Prepare daily flash for management
