I have nearly forty years of experience working with people who are serious about finding solutions that will make a positive difference in their organization. My initial experience at Henredon Furnishings was a 30 year venture, where I had opportunity to partner with Masco Corporation in their Lean Initiative. I have also worked with TBM Consulting Group, as well as other World Class Lean Leaders to impact overall cost, reduce lead times, and improve deliveries to the end customer.I also impact individuals and families on a weekly basis, as my family ministers locally to a congregation of 100+ in the High Rock Lake Community. Over the past seven years, we have witnessed 50 baptisms and even more professions of faith in Jesus Christ. My desire is to be a spiritual influence to people, whether in the church or at work, and to make a real difference in this generation!
