    With a vision of business ownership as a child, I acquired an established business of GreatAmerican Cookies while still employed at Honda, through this journey I wore a lot ofdifferent hats and continuously quenched my thirst for knowledge and experiences. Withstrong economic head winds through 2008 and 2009 we lifted sales by 10% annually,significantly increased bottom line and built our first Pretzelmaker store in 2009 whichrequired me to remove my Honda responsibilities. The retail journey was full of excitement with constantly building first-time job applicants,finding emerging leaders, and developing teams. The most rewarding part was seeinggroups of people become teams. Some of those teams even became family. With five stores,over $3M in sales, and 240 W2s being sent out in 2015, my wife and I have been honored tosuccessfully sell off the retail stores. It has been an awesome journey with great rewards foreveryone involved.
