Responsible for three roles concurrently:REGISTRATION PROJECT MANAGER. Directed the conference registration process for eight annual high-level international events. Led planning and status meetings for each event to ensure registration issues were properly addressed. Attended each event as the registration on-site point of contact. Greatly improved their registration process by working with the IT department to create a home-grown Oracle based registration program to use as their on-site registration system. Managed the details and communication for complex projects simultaneouslyPRINT PRODUCTION MANAGER. Managed and directed the activities of all product procurement. Identified preferred printers and suppliers for the organization and groomed positive relationships. Directed the design and marketing teams to ensure that the timeline and budget goals were met. Identified an improvement opportunity that increased the speed of international mail delivery and lowered postage costs by negotiating with an international consolidator.ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE MANAGER. Was accountable for all aspects of invoicing and collection. Processed all credit card and cash payments and updated the accounting system. Implemented the company’s first collection process which resulted in no invoices open older than 90 days and all invoices paid in full prior to the start of a conference. Was responsible for all payment tracking and cash balancing on-site at each event.

Managed the registration functions for all training and tutorial events along with supervising the activities of three Registration Coordinators. To execute successful events it was essential to work closely with multiple departments throughout the organization and achieve unity. Worked closely with Development, Marketing, Web and Customer Service. Collaborated with internal and external clients to identify registration needs. Attended each assigned event to execute all registration activities. Was the Registration and Housing lead from concept to execution.

Managed the entire accounts receivable department which included: all cash applications and deposits, posting of all sales orders to the general ledger, collection as well as maintenance of past due accounts. Lead contact with an outside recovery service, performed adjustments and post credit memo’s to customer’s accounts and maintained unapplied cash. Supervised four accounts receivable representatives. Actively participated in all annual audits and supplied reconciliations and reports to auditors.
