Conduct training sessions for associate and mid level support analyst. Mentor associate analyst in 2nd tier support structure. Provide lead and backup support on various IVRS studies. Created monthly archives of tickets that ran CPD updates (a weekly batch of processes that update the Remedy client demographics data). Tasks also included monitoring over 40 internal Remedy escalations that were critical to the AR System functions. Review and respond to various email-generated reports for the AR System. Managed and supported Id's, controlled log in privileges and also scheduled down times for the application.

Troubleshooting involved interpreting network messages, browser incompatibilities, and utilizing web applications to determine the source of trouble. Managed user ID's and passwords for AT&T employees both in NT & UNIX. Supported co-leads for Terminal Server, Business Objects, and People Soft. Analyze and troubleshoot SQL errors.
