I have always enjoyed working with computer technology. During my time at FDLE, I have been involved in many aspects of computer technology from the first Blackberry phones to the latest computer forensic techniques. I have experience with Microsoft personal and Server OS's (XP, Vista and 7 PC and Server 2003, 2008 and 2008R2). I was the primary support tech for Symantec Backup Exec 11d through 2010R2, Websense, and Smartermail 5.5. I was also the main support tech for FDLE's SPAM blocking appliances. I have experience with Hyper V and Vmware 3.5 and 4. I was one of the Exchange admins at FDLE and completed MS 10135 for Exchange 2010. I have experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Domain Controllers. In my previous job, I received numerous training courses in Forensic software, such as, Encase, FTK and UFED Cellebrite. I am a AccessData Certified Examiner and am a certified instructor for Secure Techniques for OnSite Preview (STOP) with the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). I performed on-scene and in-depth computer forensics since 2012. As of November of 2013, I am an Encase Certified Examiner (EnCE).In November 2014, I joined the Open Systems Administration section of ITS at FDLE. I have built, configured and do maintain RHEL 7, 8 and 9 systems. I have experience in building and configuring Jboss EAP 6 and 7 for production environments. I also have experience using Ansible, a Linux Automation tool. In May 2020, I was promoted to the Data Processing Manager of Open Systems Administration section. I manage six administrators who support many critical systems with FDLE, including our Sexual Predator and Offenders website as well as many other websites and services that the are not only vital for law enforcement personnel but also the citizens of Florida. I serve as the primary SAN administrator for the agency, utilizing Dell's SC series Storage Area Networks (SAN) and Dell Fiber Switches.
