About Tim Langenberg

I'm an innovative, entrepreneurial design leader and inspiring, motivating creative designer. I love to solve problems and have fun doing it. Most recently, I worked for Xerox Corporation as their Graphic Design Advisor for the North Texas, DFW area.In 2023, I was the Manager of Graphic Design / Branding at Saint Francis Health Systems. I went to Saint Francis after a 15-year tenure at Devon Energy, where I managed the rebranding of the company, built and managed a team responsible for the in-house creative development of communications. My team implemented and managed naming, brand architecture and branding guidelines across the company and all communication touch points. We positioned the company and trained employees to be brand ambassadors to enhance perception and increase the company social license to operate. Prior to joining Devon Energy in 2005, I was principal and creative director of my own award-winning creative group established in 1997.I’ve earned international recognition from the American Advertising Federation, the New York Annual Report Competition, League of American Communications Professionals, Public Relations Society of America and the Art Director’s Club of Tulsa, among others. My work has also been published in national trade magazines which include: Print magazine, Communication Arts magazine, Innovative Design, American Corporate Identity and Creativity 36-38.Accomplishments while at Devon:- Recognized as Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, 2008-2015, 2018- Managed the rebranding of the company in collaboration with senior leadership.- Created and managed over 50 branding and identity projects including company programs, restaurants, coffee shop, wellness center, clinic and headquarters complex - Devon Energy Center.
