Timothy Lanphear Serial Entrepreneur1985 - At age 16 founded “All Ways Green Landscaping” in Concord NH. Provided mowing, mulching, fertilizing, yard work, trimming, planting and yard improvement in the Nashua area. Sold business two years later to be merged into a regional Landscaping Group. 1987 - Purchased a commercial property in Concord NH, converting it into and leasing space for a gas station and Auto Repair shop.1992 – Established an antiques and collectibles acquisition and merchandising business at the Nashua Antique Mall starting with one space building it into an operation consisting of 25 spaces after six months. Moved operation into a stand alone store in Hudson NH.1993 – Completely remodeled and re-purposed the gas station and repair shop into the “Ol' Speedway, Florist, Antique Store, Garden Center and Farm Stand”. Business employed 35 employees by 2001.2005 – Closed the Ol’ Speedway businesses and built a larger building and Mall on the property site.
