Senior Account manager for the Pacific Northwest... Custom Truck One Source is comprised of five family-owned and operated businesses: Custom Truck & Equipment, Utility Fleet Sales, Forestry Equipment of Virginia (FEVA), UCO Equipment and TNT Equipment. The partnership, with a combined 17 locations nationwide, will serve the transmission and distribution industry in a way no company has ever achieved before. This new utility and heavy equipment platform will collectively offer sales, rentals, parts and aftermarket services, remanufacturing, customized equipment and transportation. Custom Truck One Source will build upon the market positions of each company, while serving as a single source supplier for the utility and heavy equipment industries.

I manage a territory from Portland to Olympia and from Astoria to the Tri-Cities. Our sales staff targets private contractors, municipalities and all other electrical coops in between. We specialize in Versalift aerial trucks, service bodies such as Knapheide and Dakota, custom paint and collision for large trucking fleets and graphics for auto wraps and logos as well. My role includes sales, estimating and project management. Building each unit on time and to the customer's specifications is top priority.

Developed and managed heavy industrial projects to eliminate the company's needs to rely on outsourced materials and to maintain a dominant presence in the local market. Developed lasting relationships with local, state and federal agencies. -Mining Development and Operation: Negotiated the purchase of a 60 acre parcel along the Cowlitz River. Managed a team surveyors, engineers and contractors to attain the appropriate local, state and federal permits needed to operate the surface mine. Once operational, continued to manage the mine and the relationships within the surrounding community-Transportation and storage of Natural Resources: The project goal consisted of transporting sand and gravel by barge down the Columbia River to an offloading facility in Vancouver. Major permits were required in order to complete the project. Multiple state and federal permits were attained to dredge a barge slip deep enough to accommodate a large, inland conveyor barge as well as conducting operations along the shoreline.-Industrial and residential land purchasing and development. -Estimated and managed in-water and bank reconstruction projects.-Multiple business acquisitions

Worked directly in sales before being promoted to sales manager. Introduced new sales and marketing techniques to the company; they had both immediate and long-term success. Worked closely with Architects, contractors and realtors for variety of high-end homes and large commercial buildings. My responsibilities include managing all sales, estimating, reviewing plans, training new employees and overseeing day-to-day operations for over 30 employees.
