Collaborated with Program Engineering and Manufacturing teams to ensure first wafers were identified correctly for electrical testing making sure only good die are used for package assembly and test. I owned creating a Program Excel Masterfile defining key parameters and attribute assignments for automation software to correctly identify and process lots to support specific customer swimlanes. Through collaboration with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Product Operations Management I tracked lots through manufacturing collaborating with Program stakeholders/support teams to remove roadblocks and address quality concerns to meet or exceed critical milestone dates for Engineering and Customer qualification samples all the way to qualification and the transition to HVM.

Provided PE Planning support for Mobile NAND, DRAM, eMMC, MCP and Legacy NOR supporting engineering and manufacturing for customer qual samples and engineering test lots, all the way through qualification.Owned ensuring products were correctly associated with the appropriate lot attributes to ensure the production automation software could recognize lots and correctly process them.Supported the transition of Numonyx NOR tapeout capabilities to offshore stakeholders. I was the only SME after Micron's acquisition of Numonyx. Without my contribution support for subsequent NOR tapeout processing would not have been successful.
