Implement and manage recruiting processes and SQA's "People" strategy. Ultimately responsible for the success of all recruiting, staffing and development of SQA's Associates. Possesses extensive knowledge of overall business objectives and processes. Provides the functional structure and objectives, policies, and procedures to support the consulting, quality inspection, supplier quality audit and engineering programs managed by SQA. Works with executive management to align current and future workforce needs (internal and external) and assess and provide input on market conditions. Develop and drive department and project-based goals.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Lead a team of technical recruiters and administrators in order to identify consulting, engineering, quality audit and inspection professionals for managed programs. Manage department day to day resources and direct workflow for dozens of open roles. Responsible to identify, screen and qualify candidates for SQA's managed quality engineering, inspection and GMP / Supplier Quality Audit programs. Work with Program and Account Managers to understand and get ahead of hiring needs for future projects.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Responsible for recruiting, screening and interviewing of potential Associates and employees. Worked with both external (job boards, job postings, and industry groups) and internal sources (internal applicant tracking systems and databases) to find the best candidates for open positions. Responsible for staffing and networking functions relative to the management of supplier development programs including leveraging our network of more than 12,000 quality engineers, quality auditors, and inspectors in more than 50 countries.
