Tim Lehner facilitates the creation and implementation of all marketing, advertising and public relations projects for the ACMH hospital system. Prior to being promoted to Marketing Supervisor in August of 2016, he served as Marketing Coordinator and Designer. Tim collaborates with executive team management and department managers to achieve successful implementation of marketing strategy with uniquely designed promotional campaigns and communications. Tim facilitates the design, copywriting, photography and graphics creation on each project produced and implemented. Duties and Responsibilities:- Manages the planning, development and implementation of marketing strategy and brand messaging for the hospital and ancillary entities- Develops and implements marketing plans for individual service lines and targeted physician practice promotions- Creates unique logo design identities for the primary organization, service lines, initiatives, and events- Coordinates, plans and facilitates all hospital events- Designs and creates all promotional brochures, mailers, flyers, posters, invitations, and internal publications- Designs and implements all billboard installations for numerous static and digital billboard locations- Designs targeted communication and marketing campaigns for community awareness and public service initiatives- Develops strategic content, manages, and personally implements all online social media communications, advertisements, and postings- Developed and implemented the design plan for the organization’s website and continues to actively update and add new content to the platform on a regular basis- Performs all Public Relations duties associated with the hospital system, serving as sole contact for media and community outreach communications- Composes and coordinates all hospital press releases and develops strategy for all communications and messaging- Serves as photographer for all marketing projects and internal documentary purposes
