Jointly accountable for leading and directing the creative vision, work and culture at IPG’s leading brand experience agency, with a particular focus on creative strategy and concept development. Specific responsibilities include:• Recruiting, mentoring and managing the creative strategy team• Ensuring all strategic and creative work is of the highest standard• Evolving planning and creative processes to meet current needs• Being a trusted partner to key agency clients• Developing and presenting strategic & creative solutions• Playing an active role on the EMEA Senior Leadership Team & Global Creative Council.

Member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for initiating, developing and growing strategic planning at the brand experience arm of FITCH (part of the WPP Group). Day to day, I worked closely with clients and creative teams to develop briefs and pitch-winning creative concepts.
