Internship with Prof. Guillaume Hennequin on neural representations of a motor plan in SO(3). Designed a recurrent predictor-controller architecture paired with VAE for image understanding and compression, as a biologically relevant system to plan and carry out rotations by some actuator with linear dynamics.

Designed, implemented, and conducted data analysis on a cognitive science experiment studying the shared cognitive resources between metacognition and mentalizing.- implementation of full experiment in JS/HTML on Gorilla and LIONESS platforms- data preprocessing and autoregressive model fits on Python. - set of linear mixed effects regressions and data visualization with R.- designed novel extensions from an RL-DDM computational model for participants choices to both perform better (LL and balanced accuracy) and provide additional model parameters capturing mentalization and metacognition.- work still ongoing - picked up by a PhD student when my placement ended.
