Armed with a PGDip in Professional Practice Sport Coaching from the University of Gloucestershire, my expertise lies in developing sports clubs and moulding young athletes. For four years I was Director of rowing at Emanuel School where our team made history. At RA_LPHH, our strategic initiatives and partnerships have consistently grown. My role as England Junior Team Manager, at British Rowing has honed my ability to guide and inspire. My approach blends commercial acumen with a passion for sports excellence, driving both organizational growth and individual athlete success. Collaborating with dedicated teams, we've managed to set new benchmarks, make a difference to the rowing community and enhance performance and athlete development.
