Tim works in Westinghouse's Digital and Innovation organization. He is the component lead for the eVinci(tm) Reactor Transportation Cask and the Delivery Skid and has responsibility for the transportation of both the eVinci Microreactor and the Nuclear Test Reactor. Tim formerly led the radiation and criticality teams through the development and licensing of Westinghouse's SENTRY(tm) Spent Fuel Management System.Previously, Tim worked extensively on the AP1000(tm) Reactor design and development. He is also involved in developing a range of other products in our Digital and Innovation Office, including hydrogen production, medical radioisotope production, and other developmental reactors at Westinghouse.

San Jose, California

Returned to Westinghouse in its newly opened San Jose office to work on the design and licensing of its advanced passive AP1000 (tm) nuclear power plant. Supported customers in China and the United Kingdom in responding to licensing queries related to the plant's design. Participated on Design and Review teams in preliminary, intermediate, and final Design Reviews. Oversaw the radiation shielding analysis of four of the plant's five main buildings.

Moved to work for Westinghouse's parent compay in Scotts Valley and San Jose, CA, licensing and delivering dry fuel storage systems I was involved in designing at Westinghouse. Directed a team in specifying, overseeing, and delivering the transportable casks that now house all of the spent fuel from the Big Rock Point nuclear plant in Michigan, enabling the plant's decomissioning and recovery to green field.

Involved in numerous projects supporting and uprating Westinghouse's fleet of operating commercial nuclear reactors. Performed radiation analysis to evaluate pressure vessel integrity, personnel exposure, and potential consequences of a hypothetical maximum credible accident.
