Delivered retail and reseller web based tools including HP Information Source (go-to market content management), Reseller Teambase (collaboration tool), Account Management System (finance analysis tool). ◊ Business Process Consultant- liaison role between the Retail Services Team and IT. The group was called Marketing and Sales Information Solutions. I translated the business strategy, requirements, and newly created business processes to IT Development. I was the ·IT Lead for Retail Services’ RFP for its brand sales force partner MarketSource. After selection, I consulted on IT requirements and implementation plan to develop an integrated web-based application called PartnerSource between organizations to execute retail plans. ◊ Business Analyst- quantitative and qualitative analysis for business intelligence using SQL, OLAP, and business reporting tools such as ProClarity and Brio. I provided sales analysis for retail sales program effectiveness, new product introductions, and promotions.
