• Identified and validated requirements and defined Test Strategy across multiple business franchises
• Introduced effective management structure across 7 day working week and 3 daily shift patterns

• Responsible for delivery across a portfolio of bespoke infrastructure and network projects for a leading UK retail bank. Tim held a critical role in budgetary control, portfolio risk management, stakeholder engagement.
