Payments Change Delivery
CurrentTim is currently managing a critical Payments Platform at a major UK retail bank. Accountable to the Head of International & Complex Payments, Tim is responsible for day to day Platform operations, pan-bank stakeholder engagement as well as definition and delivery of the strategic Platform roadmap. Prior to assuming the Platform Manager role, Tim has also led the remediation of a number of critical delivery projects within the Platform, introducing delivery best practice in parallel to driving delivery against regulatory and industry mandatory deadlines. Tim also plays a key role in the delivery of ongoing operating model changes across the broader Payments organisation. Highlights include:• Management of a team of ~35 FTEs• Agile operating model definition and delivery – at scale • Manage budget of ~$8m• Roadmap definition and backlog prioritisation / management • Process standardisation and optimisation
