Tim is currently managing a critical Payments Platform at a major UK retail bank. Accountable to the Head of International & Complex Payments, Tim is responsible for day to day Platform operations, pan-bank stakeholder engagement as well as definition and delivery of the strategic Platform roadmap. Prior to assuming the Platform Manager role, Tim has also led the remediation of a number of critical delivery projects within the Platform, introducing delivery best practice in parallel to driving delivery against regulatory and industry mandatory deadlines. Tim also plays a key role in the delivery of ongoing operating model changes across the broader Payments organisation. Accountable to the UK Chief Information Security Officer of a major Financial Services client, Tim managed the mobilisation and delivery of a security consulting function, as the mechanism for the Bank to ensure Policy and Standard compliance, across technology project delivery. The delivery also included the development of a roadmap for future enhancement, including process efficiency, policy compliance and policy enhancement. Highlights include:• Managed team of 10 FTEs – including Bank and third party• Led pan-bank collaboration across diverse bank teams - to challenge as-is security strategy• Process re-engineering and optimisation • Led senior stakeholder engagement – required to influence / obtain buy-in at all levels• Pioneered technology adoption of innovative solutions to bank challenges

Member of major programme leadership team, responsible for Industry, UAT and Agency testing in support of the implementation of industry mandated ‘Image Clearing System’ for a leading UK retail bank. Highlights include:• Programme value >$120m• Mobilised and provided leadership to team of ~ 65 FTEs • Identified and validated requirements and defined Test Strategy across multiple business franchises• Introduced effective management structure across 7 day working week and 3 daily shift patterns• Owned relationship with bank third parties, including Agency banks and Cheque & Credit Clearing Co.

Responsible for delivery across a portfolio of bespoke infrastructure and network projects for a leading UK retail bank. Tim held a critical role in budgetary control, portfolio risk management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. Highlights include:• Delivery lead for high profile project portfolio in excess of $4m• Led combined project team of ~20 FTEs• Managed annual sales plan of ~$30m, incl. team invoicing/financials across ~70 live projects• Pioneered delivery of IAM solution in conjunction with fintech • Manage ~$250k annual BD budget

Responsible for client account level commercial engagement, including engagement financials, supplier management and overall account performance. Highlights include: • Line manager to team of ~20 FTE’s• Collaboration and negotiation in respect of dispute resolution and contract negotiations• Support for strategic account planning / management• Contract management of programme delivery against contract

Led governance and reporting for submission and assurance of ~£20m benefit claims (across ~160 claims). Responsible for delivery of consolidated benefit position and forecast to Senior Leadership. Highlights:• Benefits pipeline management (~$35m) across 7 global delivery workstreams • Identified new benefit initiatives (~$2m) and supported through to fruition• Stakeholder management - led weekly benefit reporting to key stakeholders• Financial and risk management through appropriate monitoring and reporting
