Responsible for the management and direction of Automotive manufacturing facilities including operations in Pennsylvania, Mexico and Honduras with annual sales of $75-95M USD. Provide guidance to maximize plant activity and effectiveness related to delivery, lean implementation, cost reduction, customer problems, productivity, quality targets, transfer activity and capital investment developments. Significant involvement in the successful completion of transfer and restructuring activity. Work closely with global organization to optimize manufacturing process and performance.
