Develop and execute marketing plans, annual budgets, operations plans, community outreach,fund raising.HPEC has grown from a 100 stall facility to 300 stalls since my arrival. Gross receipts have risen from $122,000 in YE 2010 to over $476,000 in YE 2012. A new 40 unit RV park and an 816 sq.ft. show office are among many improvements added since my arrival.Among the new events being held at HPEC are 30 days/year of NCHA sanctioned cutting for the AzCHA. In 2014 a four day NRHA reining was held as a fund raiser for the Phoenix area's premier therapeutic riding program, Hoof Beats with Heart.In addition, 2011 saw the inaugural Roots"N"Boots PRCA rodeo! This is the Valley of the Sun's newest and finest addition to the famous winter rodeo series held in Arizona over the last 100 yrs.
