I am a professional cricket coach with over 10 years-experience in senior coaching, senior assistant coaching and specialist bowling coaching roles. I have extensive experience in both the male and female game at international, domestic and franchise level. My knowledge of the game of cricket is extensive and is derived from an immense passion to watch, play and coach the game. I pride myself on my ability to build successful working relationships and connections with athletes and staff from various backgrounds assisting athletes to better understand their own games and achieve team and individual goals.I have a proven track record for assisting fast bowlers to develop and enhance their effectiveness and efficiency both tactically and technically with a high-level understanding in preparing, rehabbing and managing groups of bowlers within high performance environments both internationally and domestically.I am constantly trying to learn and grow as a coaching professional, and am passionate about reading, exploring modern coaching practices, and using data and evidence to support messages. I have a passion for success and assisting to create an environment of fun, competitiveness, learning and understanding.As a former professional cricketer, I enjoyed a First Class career with both Western Australia and Tasmania over a 6 year period. I have also been involved in the leadership and management of several different businesses including most recently the role as Training Manager at our family owned business, Tubal - Registered training organisation, where my role was to manage the day to day operations and activities of Tubal's team of trainers/assessors as well as meeting with businesses, government, educational providers and individuals offering solutions to service the needs and maximise the outcomes for all stakeholders.My background and education also includes expert skills in the use of technology and communications, including a Bachelor of Information Technology from Edith Cowan University in Perth.
