Started with and been dedicated to my company since Dec. of 1995 - 27 Years! Operated multiple types of equipment for the first 4 years of my career (vac, water, steamer, pressure, high pressure up to 15000 Psi, air trailers, man baskets) along with supervising plant, field, and well servicing work. During that time I was recognized as one of their " Master Drivers" for the company.In 1999 I was offered and promoted into a Field Coordinator roll and been supporting the management team sinse with great performance reviews from numerous Operations Managers along the way... I've taken several leadership courses such as Leadership for safety excellence, Value based leadership, Disk training, Incident investigation, Speed of trust, Ethics training, EMFOS, Train the trainer for operating equipment, and for HOS, Crucial conversations and more over the years. Currently I still support the Operations Manager and my Leadership team peers with the daily and safe operation of our business unit and work execution for our customers, safety of the entire team, responsible for the addition and dismissal of employee's, dealing with any discipline issues, coaching, mentoring, and building high performing employees.I also support safety, field supervision and work close with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is maintained, available and built to our local customer and business needs.
