Led a global team delivering a complex cloud transformation strategy to enable database services for the bank on Azure and AWS that included Snowflake, MongoDB Atlas and Azure SQL. Onboarding these services and navigating third-party risk management, compliance and legal processes. Driving the requirements phase and working with architecture, engineering and product teams to understand the service design criteria, based on regulatory, audit, security and operations requirements. Led technical delivery, including Terraform CI/CD pipelines, IAM solutions, networking, encryption, logging and billing, and partnered with business teams through the onboarding process.

Held a number of program leadership roles within the global infrastructure technology division to enable new business opportunities, drive firmwide strategy and deliver new technologies.
