My career has focused on solving problems, I fix things! My roots are in Accounting & Finance. I started in Public Accounting, quickly obtained my CPA and primarily served insurance & banking clients. From there I worked for insurance and banking companies in traditional accounting roles including Controller roles. I especially excelled at tackling business problems including system internal control issues. I love to solve problems, where others run away, I run to!With my "fix it" experience in finance, insurance and banking it was natural for me to move into Financial System Consulting which I enjoyed solving problems, either by helping clients build systems and processes correctly, or unfortunately helping them correct problem processes and systems.I have always loved real estate, have acquired single family homes to rehab, resell, hold as a landlord, and also listing my own properties or representing clients whom we could not agree to a bargain purchase. I have also participated in a couple of joint ventures for real estate projects and have seen the good and bad in those arrangements. My training in real estate is extensive, I love to learn more and more about different ways to acquire real estate. Recently I participated in a training program specifically to learn how to raise syndicated capital for large real estate purchases. I am also actively pursuing multi-family apartment acquisitions if the pricing cools off to make financial sense. As a note buyer, you are leveraging my knowledge and skill in the finance and real estate space. I understand why sellers use seller financing to sell properties.
