About Tim Mahoney

I am seeking a position rooted in education that could include in global/alternative education, policy analysis, workforce development and group facilitation. I have led projects in K-12 education, teacher education, new teacher induction, and education evaluation. I primarily use ethnographic research methods including conducting focus groups and surveys that have led to 80+ conference presentations and 3 invited talks and keynote presentations. I have contributed to the knowledge in my field illustrated by 16 peer-reviewed and 11 collaborative publications. I was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to teach in the European Doctorate in Teacher Education (EDiTE), a European Union-wide graduate program for national leaders in Education. I aspire to put my capabilities and insights from academia into practice in the real world and corporate sector. I have leveraged technical documentation and domain expertise in global leadership and international development among others to complete over 300 technical documents including 2 comprehensive program reviews, 20 State and National Accreditation reports, 2 Grant funding reports and 50 faculty performance evaluation reports. I believe in collaborative leadership and supporting colleagues and team members that led to 60 optimizations for online instructions.
