Both of these were negotiated exclusively off market.Since then, sites acquired in the care sector include Oxford for Care UK and a care village in Balsall Common currently in for planning.Residential sites include 65 acres for Taylor Wimpey (535 houses) in South Warwickshire and 100 acres (450 units) in Daventry for Orbit. Smaller sites include the former Dairy in Leamington Spa (18 units) and Ryton-on-Dunsmore both for Deeley/Waterloo and a clutch of sites in Leamington, Warwick and Barford for 70 affordable units. Acquisition of a pioneering site in Warwick’s Canal Regeneration Area for 30 units and 65 units near Stratford on Avon for Owl Homes. A small site disposal for Taylor Wimpey in Southam and he acquired 43 acres in Norwich for Orbit East for 282 plots, over 100 acres in Warwick for 900 units and 480 units in Worcester, all with consent and an option for Redrow in Northants.
