Provide Human Resources knowledge and expertise to plant leadership in support of Duke Energy’s North Carolina Nuclear Fleet (McGuire, Harris and Brunswick nuclear stations). Areas of responsibility include management and administration of policies, procedures and programs; ensuring compliance with federal and state laws that are consistently applied across client groups, conducting employee relations investigations to mitigate company risk, and providing coaching and counsel to plant management.
